Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the following is a simple statement of our faith.
Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Our Absolute
-
The Word of God is our absolute. We belief that all scripture is given of God by inspiration. The Word of God is our source for instruction, lifestyle, doctrine, conduct, and principles. We are perfected by the Word of God.
-
2nd Timothy 3:16-17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”
-
-
The Word and God are inseparable.
-
John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.”
-
Godhead
-
We believe in the scriptural teaching of God being One God. Not a trinity of three persons. But rather One Person expressed through three different offices or titles.
-
Deuteronomy 6:4 says: “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:” We believe that the Godhead consists of one God that manifested Himself through three manifestations: Fatherhood, Sonship, and the Holy Ghost. God above us (Exodus 13:21), God with us (Matthew 1:23), God in us (John 14:17).
-
Mar 12:32 “And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:”
-
Joh 10:30 “I and my Father are one.” And so on…
Jesus Christ the Lamb of God
-
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, suffered, died on the cross, and rose from the dead on the third day for our justification. Isaiah 7:14 “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” His death paid the penalty of sin for all who can believe.
-
Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Hebrews 9:22 “And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.” We believe Jesus Christ to be that Lamb of God who met that requirement for us. John 1:29 “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and sayeth, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” And only by His name shall men be saved. Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Thus we are reconciled to God. Colossians 1:21-22 “And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled. In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:”
-
Each individual must accept the “pardon” and receive Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. John 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” Also Romans 6:1-11.
-
1st Peter 1:18-19 “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:”
Salvation
-
Salvation is offered to whosoever will (Revelation 22:17) and is a free gift of God. We are saved by grace through faith. Ephesians 2:8. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”
Water Baptism
-
Acts 2: 37-38 “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Thus we baptize in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Matthew 28:19 speaks of the selfsame Name. “In the name (singular) of (the titles/offices) the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:”
New Birth
-
Jesus said very clearly “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” (John3:5).
-
This new birth is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. It is the indwelling of God in the individual, leading and guiding and quickening one to the Word. It is a Seal of God upon an individual.
-
Acts 1:8 "But ye shall receive “POWER”, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."
-
John 14:26 “But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, he shall TEACH you ALL things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."
-
John 14:17 "[Even] the Spirit of TRUTH; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be IN you."
-
Ephesians 4:30 "And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are SEALED unto the day of redemption."
Predestination
-
Romans 8:28-31 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” By this we can rest, knowing that no-one can come to the Father unless He calls them first. And that all that are His will come. All we can do is “cast our nets wide.” .John 6:37 “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 6:44 “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
The Prophet William Branham
-
We believe that God sent a prophet to fulfill the scripture regarding our day and restore us back to the Word of God.
-
Malachi 4:5-6 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
-
Revelation 10:7 “But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.” Revelation 10:7 is God’s answer to Revelation 10:1-6. Those sealed up mysteries have been unveiled by a vindicated prophet for our day. These truths are the key to understanding the whole Word of God. Scripture upon scripture, not adding or taking away from the Word, but opening the truth for our day that was always there. Heb 13:8 declares that He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Seeing ourselves in His Word and knowing the season that we are living in enables us to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23).
-
Amos 3:7 “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”
-
This Voice of God is to call people out of man made doctrines that are not scriptural and turn us back to the pure Word of God. Not to form another denomination, but for the Word of God to be quickened in the lives of the believers.
“Plus”
-
Anything that God wishes to reveal and do in our lives.
-
We continually look to the leadership of the Holy Ghost to guide and further lead us into all that He has in store for us.
Although the above is only a basic outline of our “Statement of Faith,” I trust it will be sufficient to give an understanding of our position concerning God’s Word. In short, we believe in the infallibility of the Bible, and we embrace His Promises. We, by the grace of God, endeavor to live by every Word in order to walk worthy of the Gospel.
1st Peter 1:23 “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”
